This page explains what happens to your information when you join the ibelo waitlist on ibelo.app. In short: we keep your email so we can invite you to the beta and tell you when ibelo launches, and nothing else.

Who we are

ibelo is a product of Satum Digital Inc., a Canadian company based in Whitby, Ontario. Satum Digital Inc. is responsible for your information. The person in charge of protecting personal information is the President of Satum Digital Inc., who you can reach at legal@ibelo.app.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

This site uses no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To send you invites to the ibelo private beta and news about ibelo's launch. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Spam protection and hosting

The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is signing up. To do that, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and connection. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also processes your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.

Where it's stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare database in Satum Digital Inc.'s own account. No other form or mailing service receives them. Cloudflare's servers are outside Canada, so your information is stored and processed in other countries, such as the United States, and may be accessible to authorities there under their laws.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after ibelo's public launch, whichever comes first.

Unsubscribe, access or delete

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email legal@ibelo.app at any time to unsubscribe, see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll ask for your consent again.
